Lydia, another key personel, was graduated in Bio-medicine Degree (Hons.) from MSU University, Kuala Lumpur. Her passion in business and entrepreneurship has led her into franchising businesses when she acquired a franchised saloon business. She further explores in franchising more deeply into a franchised restaurant business of a foreign brand.
Her hands-on experience has made her a street smart having vast experience in business and personnel management, sales and marketing, operational trouble shooting as well as public relations area.
At the age of early 20s, Lydia has founded her wholly-owned brand named LJ Pearls in Malaysia, a brand created on women jewelries and accessories based from the fresh water pearls. She is passionate about developing and expanding businesses by way of licensing and franchising that led her to co-found Smart Franchise Partner Sdn Bhd in the year of 2008. Presently, she is a certified member of the Malaysian Franchise Association and is actively involved in numerous franchise brands in areas of franchise recruitment and public relations.
